International Faculty Development Workshops are designed for enhancing the competences of the faculty members involved in the project consortium.
This was conducted to train the partners in designing a state of‐the‐art module structure and syllabi. It will cover pedagogical aspects, setting module level learning objective and learning outcomes, number of lessons in each module, level planning of topics, defining learning outcomes of each lesson, type of supporting literature to be consulted, assessing the balance of conceptual and practical parts as well as defining the methods of evaluating the learning outcomes.

This was conducted to evaluate the newly designed Module Structure and Syllabi of each module and doing fine‐tuning. The fine‐tuning will also take into consideration thee feedback collected through a web-based survey of the draft Module Structure and Syllabi of all the modules. This will help in collecting feedback from wider target groups around the world for improving and standardising the syllabi as well as for generating international acceptability. The fine tuning will be done at the lesson level topics.
